Overview

It is easy to deposit and withdraw funds to and from your account. You can deposit, withdraw and transfer funds between your SPN accounts within the SPN-Dashboard.

Deposit

  • The client can start trading upon deposit.
  • The deposit fees are covered by SPN. This means that SPN will pay the deposit fees charged by the payment processor when you deposit funds with us through any of SPN's acceptable payment methods.
  • SPN follows the Anti-Money Laundering restrictions.
  • Clients can demand payment receipts, exchange rates, and other relevant information about their transactions.
  • The company cannot be held liable for any delays that are caused by payment systems.
  • The company may place limits on the payment systems available to clients from certain countries.
  • The company has the right to investigate, cancel, and or impose fees or charges on deposit transactions (depending on payment method).

Withdrawal

  • The client has the right to withdraw profits or get back the initial investment at request.
  • One withdrawal per day is allowed.
  • Clients can demand payment receipts, exchange rates, and other relevant information about their transactions.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed within a few minutes during the finance department working hours.
  • Customers who make a withdrawal without trading may be charged all expenses originally covered by SPN during their original deposit(s). The cost of the fees is determined by the payment system used.
  • Funds can be withdrawn to your own personal accounts only. This is protection put in place to assure financial security and counter money laundering.
  • Please note that all open trade positions must be closed before a withdrawal request.
  • Withdrawal requests will be sent the same way the funds were received and up to the initially deposited amounts.
  • For all withdrawals up to the total deposited amount, you must use the same payment option as you used for deposits. The rest can be withdrawn using any payment method.
  • You can make a withdrawal only if you do not already have any Pending applications.
  • Withdrawals on the weekends and holidays will be processed on the first following business day.
  • The company cannot be held liable for any delays that are caused by payment systems.
  • The company reserves the right to change the processing time for transactions without prior notification.
  • The company may place limits on the payment systems available to clients from certain countries.
  • The company has the right to investigate, cancel, and or impose fees or charges (depending on payment method) on any withdrawal request originating from a trading account with no trading activity.

Refund Policies

SPN may go for an exception in some circumstances when it is essential to return payment, But only if the client justifies the reason. Clients may submit a refund petition if the provider service was not as described or the service was not functioning appropriately.

Clients shall submit a cancellation request by emailing [email protected]. A cancellation request must include the following information at least but not limited to:

  • Full name of the client.
  • Residential address.
  • Photos of the client's ID and proof of address document.
  • Contact email and phone number(-s).
  • Trading account number(-s).
  • Initial payment amount, date of payment, used payment method.
  • Payment identification number(if any).
  • The reasons for the cancellation are subject to the conditions stated below.

All received cancellation requests to be dealt with by the Company on the following terms and conditions:

  • All requests shall be for genuine and acceptable reasons, and those reasons shall be described in detail by the Client in the cancellation request;
  • The Company shall notify the client in cases where it is not possible to process the request due to card scheme or payment institution rules;
  • All cancellation requests shall be processed within 2 business days or exceptionally more;
  • The Company shall notify the client in cases when additional time is required;
  • All cancellation requests shall be reviewed if the requested amount does not exceed the initial payment amount and as well as free margin of trading account;
  • Any charges deducted by the payment institution, and also any losses or expenses suffered or incurred by the Company due to exchange rate is covered from the return amount.
